Lillian Ajuria
Principal
Lillian is our Principal. Recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law by the Law Society of New South Wales, she has been practising law since 1997. Lillian is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Her experience in the field of immigration is extensive – from employer-sponsored work visas, entertainment and distinguished talent visas, partner and family migration, through to tribunal appeals, representations to the Australian Government’s Immigration Minister and senior engagement with members of Parliament.
Lillian is renowned for her dedication to the profession and tireless advocacy for her clients. She has served as New South Wales Vice-President of the Migration Institute of Australia, as a board member of the Immigration Advice and Rights Centre, and a member of the Law Society of New South Wales Immigration Law Committee.
Lillian’s Spanish background gives her a valuable insight into the issues that people go through during the sometimes-stressful migration process and a genuine empathy with her migration clients. This, and her reputation for honest, realistic and ethical advice, makes Lillian one of Australia’s most sought after immigration lawyers.
Lillian is also fully accredited as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a member of the Society of Public Notaries of New South Wales.
Lillian is a graduate from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science.
