Mark Sutherland
Migration Specialist
Mark Sutherland has worked in the field of migration law for over 15 years. He has previously worked for some of the leading accredited immigration law specialists in Sydney, assisting clients in all manner of migration matters. Most recently Mark was employed as a Senior Consultant with KPMG assisting large corporate entities with their migration issues.
Mark also teaches aspiring migration agents though the graduate certificate law program with the Australian National University. Mark specialises in work sponsored visas, employer compliance issues, business skills visas, partner and family visa, skilled visas and student visas. Mark also has extensive experience in complex immigration problems including visa cancellations and health and character issues.
Mark is registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA No. 9601025) and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA No. 4522).
Mark enjoys watching movies, attending the theatre, listening to live music performances, dining out and walking with friends.
